Our Advanced Automated Filling Solution, The ACE Unit represents the pinnacle of gas mixture filling technology. This PLC-controlled, fully automated, self-contained filling system can handle up to five gases simultaneously. The ACE Unit is designed for simplicity and efficiency—once installed, all you need to do is anchor the unit, plug it in, connect the fill manifolds, inlet gas lines, vent, and vacuum piping, and you're ready to start filling.

The intuitive touch-screen interface allows users to select the desired gas mixture recipe and follow on-screen prompts to complete the fill cycle with minimal interaction beyond opening and closing the cylinder valves. For added safety and flexibility, the ACE Unit is equipped with manual toggle valves, allowing the operator to intervene in case of an emergency that disrupts the automated process.
